中國與阿爾及利亞友好合作 內容簡介
中國與阿爾及利亞的雙邊關系可以概括為友誼深厚，合作成果豐富和相互尊重歷史悠久。1958年9月阿爾及利亞臨時政府成立后，中國即予以承認，是個承認阿爾及利亞的非阿拉伯國家。同年12月20日兩國建交后，雙方各領域友好合作關系不斷發展。進入21世紀后，中國與阿爾及利亞的友好合作發展更加快速，并逐漸具有了戰略合作的性質。2014年，阿爾及利亞成為個與中國建立全面戰略伙伴關系的阿拉伯國家，這也是雙方親密關系的有力見證。中國的“一帶一路”倡議提出后也得到阿爾及利亞的熱烈響應，阿爾及利亞官員一直強調共同推動“一帶一路”建設的重要性，以拓展雙邊在基礎設施和工業方面的合作，提升兩國的貿易額。兩國始終保有多層次的政治交往，在靠前和地區事務中保持密切的溝通和協調。兩國間的經貿往來不斷取得重大進展，從2014年開始，中國成為阿爾及利亞大進口來源國。雙邊貿易額在過去10年間增長了10倍。阿爾及利亞是中國在海外優選的承包工程市場之一。已經有數百家中國公司承接了阿爾及利亞靠前的建筑工程項目，包括高速公路、酒店、醫院、住房項目等。中國公司因工作效率高、工程質量高和人員素質高在阿爾及利亞靠前享有盛譽。兩國在科技、文化、教育、衛生、軍事等多方面都保持長期友好合作。當前，阿爾及利亞正處于政治、經濟、社會轉型階段，未來的中阿合作因此面臨諸多新的機遇與挑戰。

《中國與阿爾及利亞友好合作》： In addition, on 3 June, 2019, Chinese ambassador to Algeria Li Lianhe met with his Algerian counterpart Mohammed Akab. They agreed that in view of the outstanding strength and good reputation of Chinese enterprises in the energy sector in Algeria, they hoped that Chinese energy enterprises could further expand cooperation in Algeria and strengthen training exchanges in the energy sector between the two countries. At the same time, Chinese enter）rises should also actively pay attention to bidding projects in the upstream field of energy in Algeria and get involved in unconventional resource development projects. 2. The field of infrastructure construction Chinese companies have been the main force in Algeria's infrastructure construction over the years. They successfully completed a number of important infrastructure construction projects and livelihood projects in Algeria. In the future, Algeria will seek support for domestic infrastructure development and engineering construction. First, the Algerian government changed its development mode from a single project to a cluster of projects, planning to build multiple industrial parks in various forms. In this respect, Chinese enterprises have mature experience and successful cases. China has built several industrial parks in Algeria's north African neighbors, such as Egypt and Morocco, and they are working well. The future cooperation between China and Algeria can draw lessons from this. Second, Algeria is still faced with the problem of insufficient construction funds. In the future, Algeria is committed to making efforts to attract investment and China's investment in Algeria will be further expanded. China and Algeria will actively explore industrialization and production capacity cooperation from each other's development strategies and needs and on the basis of the existing bilateral cooperation. So as to tap potential, the two sides should innovate ways and explore space for bilateral cooperation in various fields and inject strong impetus into further deepening bilateral cooperation. China encourages competent enterprises to carry out production capacity and investment cooperation projects in accordance with the principle of complementing each other's advantages and win-wm cooperation. In addition, China will cooperate with Algeria to facilitate and support investment cooperation between Chinese enterprises and Algerian ones in optimizing investment environment. In this context, Algerian Prime Minister, Abdul Malik Sellar reiterated during his visit to China from April 29 to May 3, 2015 that the vision of bilateral cooperation and jointly developing the Belt and Road Initiative is highly compatible and enjoys broad prospects. He stressed that both sides maintain consistent views on major international issues and maintain close communication and coordination. Adhering to the spirit of the Bandung Conference, Algeria is committed to promoting peace, stability, equity and development in the world and the region. Algeria is willing to continue to deepen cooperation with China within the framework of the China-Africa Cooperation Forum and the Belt and Road. In the same year, speaker of the National Academy of Algeria, Ben Salah, as a representative of President Bouteflika, came to China to attend the conference in Beijing on September 3 to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese people's war of resistance against Japanese aggression and the world anti-fascist war.
